Lunchtime Volunteers

Volunteers are needed to help students out with their lunches. Help is needed every day except Thursdays. Level B clearance is required to participate.

Gimme the deets, I can’t wait to punch straws through some sweet, sweet Capri Suns!

  • Volunteer shifts are available on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
  • Shifts are 2 hours from 11:30 am to 1 pm
  • Two volunteers are needed each day
  • Volunteers must have Level B clearance
  • Volunteering puts you in the running to be the Big Tomato for the month!

The Big Tomato

Oh yeah, you know getting a nomination as The Big Tomato is really what you’re after when you volunteer at lunch. 

What is the The Big Tomato anyway? If you volunteer to help at lunch and pump ketchup onto those nuggets and tots, you are in the running! Having help at lunch is really great for our school. Parents and guardians get to spend extra time with their kids, kids get to see their adults in action, you hear some great (albeit confusing) conversations, and get a little sticky! It’s a blast to see the kids relaxing, laughing, and enjoying the beautiful weather,  watching them help Mr. Nario, and show off their amazing behaviors which are a credit to the families that work so hard to raise incredible kids.

Get your name in lights on the school’s marquee and be The Big Tomato!
